ENGLISH LANGUAGE Communication skills & Advanced English Communication Skills Lab The designing of the subject Communicative English in JNTU is highly authenticated. It covers a wide range of plan and proposal to develop the standard of the students in achieving a high level of confidence to communicate in English in the best possible way.
The Practice Lab provides the main power package on fluency in different sections like Personality Development, Group Discussion, Personal interviews, Standard Dictionary, Pronunciation, Speech Presentation, Vote of thanks, Anchoring, Psycho-analysis Test, Mock Interview, Computing, Arranging Press Conference, Media link, Seminars, Reports, Extempore and Managing meetings & Press release.
MATHEMATICS is the queen of science.
Mathematics provides a clean exposition of essential aspect of applied mathematics from basic to research point of view and challenges with complete requirements for engineering students. The committed faculty members guide the students to fulfill the dreams and expectations of their parents. Apart from this, the department encourages the students to overcome the problems and generate self-confidence in them.
PHYSICS: 
The transformation of 'Science' is 'Technology'. Out of basic science subjects, Physics is one of the core subjects that have vast applications in almost all the engineering disciplines during 1st year of studies.
A major section of Physics covers waves & oscillations, optics, quantum mechanics, electromagnetism & physics of semiconductor devices. 10/12 experiment set-ups are available during 1st year as per the JNTU syllabus.
That apart the dark room of the physics lab is well equipped to conduct optical experiments in 1st B.Tech. The department is planning to conduct seminars and workshop on recent advances on physics.
CHEMISTRY: 
The study of chemistry and its application is integral to the study of engineering and technology. A good understanding of the subject gives the students the leverage to know the artifice of technology. The students learn the knowledge of Chemical compounds and their applications, so very important especially in electronics and computer engineering, environmental engineering. 
The Department gives more emphasis on analytical approach, clear theoretical concepts and overall performance of the students in order to achieve academic excellence. The department has graduated to include studies and research in environmental engineering and chemistry. The Chemistry laboratory has a customized functional laboratory for first year B.Tech students. The evaluation of chemistry laboratory is based on day-to-day performance, viva-voce / quizzes and laboratory test at the end of the semester.
