General Facilities
We offer a cutting edge computer center for the benefit of our students, and they can access it from 9 AM to 4.30 PM. The highlight of this center is the availability of computers and servers of high end configurations, which are crucial for running large software applications and perform any kind of project works. Wi-Fi is used to connect the computer systems of various departments in LAN, and to provide high speed data connectivity of 10Mbps across the campus for the students and staff.
As they say, seeing is believing. Video Conference facilitates one-to-one and one-to-many interactions instantaneously, thus reducing convince, costs, time etc. Compared to chat, net phony, Video Conference is more convenient for demos, deliberations with perfect feedback mechanism. INDUR provides Video Conference to every nook and corner of the world.
For the security and added comfort, we provide buses for the transportation of our students. The routes and pickup points are clearly laid out, and you are requested to follow the timings set for the pickup. In addition to the transportation provided by us, RTC buses from all corners of the city ply to our college, since we are located at the center of the city. The campus is provided with Wi-Fi environment through 25 Mbps IEEE 802.1g network standards. In order to avail local server with e-library, all server based labs such as Linux, Oracle, Aptitude and career lab, English language lab.
Digi Class Rooms: Few class rooms are fully ventilated and spacious enough for the lecturer to have efficient interaction with the students. These class rooms are powered by Audio-Visual Aids which enables the students to understand the subject at a faster pace.
The infrastructure and facility available on IIET campus are amongst the very best in comparison with any engineering college in Telangana state. College provides top class infrastructure in campus and make sure everything meets student requirements.
Apart from the conventional syllabus, the students are being trained in the industry relevant trends and technologies in engineering by the respective departments to make the candidates industry ready and sustain a stiff global competition.
College has spacious canteen facility in the college premises and is run by college management. A variety of south indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college at highly subsidized rates with highest quality.Our college canteen is blessed with family atmosphere, with a variety of delicacies, touched by a home made flavour, cooked to perfection and served with a great courtesy.Refreshments are available at the college canteen at affordable rates. Adequate seating facilities are provided to accomodate students and staff even during peak time.
The anti-ragging cell in INDURIET is crucial for creating a friendly environment in and out of the campus, so that the fresher students can concentrate on studies, without having a single thought about ragging. We have framed strict rules for the senior students in this regard, and any offenders will be severely punished.
Different cultural activities are being performed along with sports activities in intra collegiate, intercollegiate, inter-university, intra-state and national level. Large number of students have participated in different events at inter-university; inter-group, intercollegiate levels.
Our college has excellent sports facilities. The college has a Gymnasium along with sports and games: – cricket, football, Table Tennis, Badminton, Shuttle, Volley ball, athletics, etc. Students who are interested in the above are given special training by the Physical Education Department staff.
In order to resolve day to day academic problems of the students, mentors are appointed for a batch of 20 students, and they will counsel the respective students once in a week, to solve the problems come across during their course of study.
This is a continuous process till the end of academic career of the student. During the last semester of study students are advised for higher studies along with proper career guidance. Reasonable numbers of students have secured admissions for their higher studies and they in turn guide their juniors for their prospective admissions.
